GENERAL INFORMATION

 

1) What type of products do you offer? 

  • We offer a variety of promotional products from custom imprinted drinkware, tote bags, pens, umbrellas, office and awards, toys, and games and more. If you do not see an item that you need for your event or company party, please reach out to us. Our dedicated customer service team are here to help. 

2) What are your artwork requirements?

  • All artworks must be print ready. 
  • We require print ready/vector art file before production. 
  • If you need assistance with making your current art a vector file, we will charge a fee of $25. 
  • We do not accept jpegs and png files. We ONLY ACCEPT .eps and .ai files.
  • Art/proofs must be approved prior to production within 48 hours, or your order will be placed on hold.

3) What is the quoting process? 

  • Request a quote through our website under product you have selected, or you can email us with a request, and we will be more than happy to provide you a quote within 24-48 hours. 
  • Once a quote summary has been provided to you, please review the quote to verify that information provided is correct.

4) What is your ordering process?

  • Once we have received quote approval, we require payment in full to move your project into production. We accept most major credit cards. 
  • Order will be placed into production once we receive payment.
  • Before final production, a proof will be presented to you for review and approval. 
  • Final production begins once proof is approved; no changes can be made.

5) What are you able to print? 

  • We do not print anything that is immoral, hateful, or inappropriate in any way under relevant law. We do not print logos that are copyrighted.

6) What is your minimum order quantity? 

  • Minimum order quantity varies in our catalog and based on the item. A less than minimum fee will be charged if it applies. 

7)  Do you ship internationally? 

  • Unfortunately, we do not. We only ship within the United States. 

8) What is your production time? 

  • Normal production time varies for most production processes from receipt of payment and artwork, and pre-production sample (if requested). 
  • Production time begins after proof has been approved.
  • Additional time will be required for more complicated projects and high quantity orders. If you have a specific "in-hands" date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. A rush fee applies if an expedited request is needed.

9) What happens when there is a print error?

  • If there is a production error, we offer reprints at no additional charge.
  • If the error is not production related, the reprint becomes a new order. 
  • We do not offer refunds or returns. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis if we have made an error.

10) When is the latest that I can submit an order request? 

  • We recommend that you allow yourself enough time for us to meet your deadline.  If you have questions about your deadline, please email us at info@promoitprints.com and we will partner with you to help you find the best promotional items for your event.
